Computer tips for your health

With start of 21st century the use of computer raised to 500% times than before and is increasing more and more day by day. With increase in use of computer there are many health problem increasing also getting in. Kids use computers for their games, youth uses it for entertainment or study purposes and other business community uses it for business promotion and data entering. All these people are using computers constantly for many hours. All these people who use it for constantly long time should follow the tips for good health. Here I have enlisted some of steps that lead to good computer use and that can help you to maintain your health while using computer.


Healthy environment

To ensure your safety while using computer/laptop maintain healthy environment. An ideal healthy environment includes your position, your eyes angle, your body movements, your hands, arms and other body parts position.
Position the monitor so that its upper edge lie at an equal height to forehead. And the distance between you and your computer screen should be 1-2 feet. Sit down straightly and don't lie towards computer this can cause a problem in your backbone.

Protect eyes

To save your eyes decrease the brightness to minimum ease level. Using high brightness can destruct your eyes vastly. Maintain eye level to ease. Try to feel the stress on your eyes and check yourself which level provides stress to you. Use g a screen protector on monitor screen is also recommended.
Along with these you need as internal aid as well. Eating almonds can protect more. However eating carrots is also recommended although it directly does not has effect but it develops enzymes for good sight.
While using laptop or monitor blink as much as possible. Blinking is same as refreshing computer.
After every twenty minutes look at some distant place. Ideal distance is twenty feet and this will alos improve your eye sight.

Position on chair

While sitting on chair lie straightly, in case bending forward or down can cause backbone problem. Use a chair which is straight. Some people while enjoying at homes lie on bed and use laptops. It should be prohibited or else it can change angle of backbone.

Eye exposure to air

While using desktop or laptop or any other electronic gadgets avoid direct exposure of your eyes to air. Sit on angle from which your eyes receive minimum air. This tip is especially for summers. While using laptop in front of fans, cooler, air conditioners is observed.

Keyboard tips

While using keyboard keep in mind the angle of your arms with joints and feel the ease of your arms.
Check for change of angle and set it top that point by which you feel ease.While typing especially for type-rs or people with data entry jobs take rest five to ten minutes in every hour to avoid RSI. If you are not comfortable with keyboard, plan to change it. Get a keyboard with soft keys, using hard keys can cause Repetitive Stress injuries to arms and hands.

Mouse tips

For using mouse keep in mind that it is according to your hands, some people need big sized some need normal size and some need small size. Use an appropriate sized mouse for surfing.

Wash face in intervals

If you are working long hours then wash your mouth with cold water. This will not only refresh you but will also keep eyes away from dryness. Dryness in eyes can cause severe problem.

Take breaks

If you are earning money online and have choice to work any time without burden, then try to take breaks for example if you have to do work for four hours , instead of sitting four hours you can work one hour and then take break and then start on working.

Desktop or Laptop

The last and important point is the choice between desktop or laptop. Workplaces or home where you have choice to choose between Desktop or Laptop go for Laptop. Researches have proved that Laptop users are suffering more problems as compared to desktop users. Using desktop bounds you to a well sitting position while Laptop doesn't provides you ease. Desktop computer are also recommended by researchers and specialists for business work.
Do exercise daily, it is a tip for all people. Choose exercises that can make your muscles stronger.
